1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RobotRx LLC (“RobotRx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Arizona, with its principal place of business at 7373 N Scottsdale Rd B130, Scottsdale, AZ 85253.

By accessing or using our website (robotrx.com) or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

RobotRx offers physical therapy and recovery services, including: 

• Robotic Physical Therapy: treatment using the RX2600, an FDA Class II registered robotic therapeutic device that applies controlled pressure, heat, and vibration to lengthen shortened muscle tissue.

• Dry Needling: a manual therapy technique using sterile needles to release trigger points and restore muscle function. Available as a standalone service or as an add-on to Robotic Physical Therapy.

• Cupping Therapy: a manual therapy technique using cups and suction to increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, and release fascial restrictions. Available as a standalone service or as an add-on to Robotic Physical Therapy.

All services are performed by licensed therapists in our private treatment suites. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Booking & Appointments

Appointments are requested through our website contact form or Intercom chat and confirmed by a RobotRx team member. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment — your appointment is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from our team.

By requesting an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to be available at the confirmed date and time.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

RobotRx reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, equipment maintenance, or staffing needs. If we cancel your appointment, we will make every effort to reschedule at a time that works for you. No fee will be charged for cancellations initiated by RobotRx.

5. Pricing & Payment

All services are priced at $150 per hour. Specific session rates are as follows:

• First Session (Robotic Physical Therapy): $225 (1.5 hours, includes assessment and treatment)

• Standard Session (Robotic Physical Therapy): $150 (1 hour)

• Dry Needling: $37.50 (15 minutes)

• Cupping Therapy: $37.50 (15 minutes)

• Advanced Package: $1,500 (10 sessions + 1 free, 11 total)

• Premium Package: $2,250 (15 sessions + 2 free, 17 total)

We accept cash, credit cards, and FSA/HSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service. Prices are subject to change; any price changes will be communicated before your next appointment.

Session packages are non-refundable but may be transferable at RobotRx’s discretion. Unused sessions in a package do not expire unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

6. Insurance & Reimbursement

RobotRx does not bill insurance directly. FSA and HSA cards are accepted because the RX2600 is an FDA Class II registered medical device. We can provide a superbill (itemized receipt) upon request for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your specific insurance plan.

7. Medical Disclaimer

RobotRx provides physical therapy and recovery services. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a physician or other qualified healthcare provider. You should consult your doctor before beginning any new treatment, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are recovering from surgery, or are currently under the care of a physician.

The RX2600 is an FDA Class II registered medical device. FDA registration indicates that the device has been listed with the FDA and meets applicable regulatory requirements. It does not constitute an endorsement by the FDA, nor does it guarantee specific treatment outcomes.

Results vary by individual. While many patients experience improvement in pain, mobility, and range of motion, RobotRx does not guarantee specific results from any treatment. Testimonials and outcome data referenced on our website reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed results.

8. Assumption of Risk & Consent

By booking and receiving treatment at RobotRx, you acknowledge that physical therapy and recovery treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: temporary soreness, bruising, muscle discomfort, skin irritation, and in rare cases, injury.

You consent to receive the treatments you have booked and confirm that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, or contraindications to your therapist. You understand that withholding relevant health information may affect the safety and effectiveness of your treatment.

Your therapist will review contraindications and suitability during your initial assessment. You may decline or stop treatment at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RobotRx LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and therapists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to: treatment outcomes, personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to RobotRx for the specific service giving rise to the claim. 

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if RobotRx has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected systems

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the website without our express written permission

• Transmit any material that is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the RobotRx website — including text, images, graphics, logos, design elements, and code — is the property of RobotRx LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written consent. “RobotRx” and the RobotRx logo are trademarks of RobotRx LLC.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website integrates with third-party services including Intercom (chat), Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. RobotRx is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience only. RobotRx does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party websites.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RobotRx LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of our website or services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party, or (d) any information you provide to us that is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, to be held in Maricopa County, Arizona.

 You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against RobotRx LLC.

15. Termination

RobotRx reserves the right to refuse service, cancel appointments, or restrict access to the website at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other patients or staff, or is otherwise inappropriate.

If your access to services is terminated, any outstanding payments remain due, and any unused package sessions may be forfeited at RobotRx’s discretion.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and RobotRx LLC regarding your use of our website and services. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
