7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience, analyze usage, and support our advertising efforts. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website.
Types of Cookies We Use
Type | Provider | Purpose |
Essential | Framer / RobotRx | Required for the website to function. These cannot be disabled. They handle things like page navigation and security. |
Analytics | Google Analytics | Help us understand how visitors use our site — which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and where traffic comes from. Data is aggregated and anonymized. |
Advertising | Meta Pixel | Track conversions from Facebook and Instagram ads, build retargeting audiences, and measure ad effectiveness. May collect data across sites. |
Functional | Intercom | Enable our live chat feature, remember your chat history, and provide a smoother support experience across visits. |
Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, though doing so may affect website functionality. You can also opt out of specific tracking:
Google Analytics: Install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout)
Meta Pixel: Adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram settings or visit aboutads.info/choices
Intercom: Disabling cookies may limit chat functionality but will not prevent you from using the rest of the site
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no industry standard for how websites should respond to this signal, and our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track requests. We encourage you to use the opt-out tools listed above for more effective control.
8. Marketing Communications
With your consent, we may send you marketing emails including newsletters, promotions, educational content, and updates about our services. You can opt in to marketing communications through our booking form, chat, or email.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by contacting us at hello@robotrx.com. Opting out of marketing emails will not affect operational communications such as appointment confirmations or billing notifications.
If you opt in to SMS messages, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
9. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, fulfill your requests, and comply with legal obligations. Specifically:
Contact and booking information: Retained for the duration of your relationship with us and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up and records.
Chat transcripts: Retained according to Intercom’s data retention policies.
Analytics data: Retained in aggregated, anonymized form. Individual-level data is subject to Google’s and Meta’s respective retention policies.
Marketing preferences: Retained until you opt out or request deletion.
If you request deletion of your data, we will remove or anonymize your information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
